In a reprise of last year’s successful event,
Lotusland will host a live plant auction and sale on Saturday, September 21, 2013, from 2 to 5 pm. The highlight of the day will be a spirited live auction
during which a dozen or so very rare, very special plants will go under the gavel. Other choice plants and garden books will be offered during a silent auction, and for those impatient plant lovers, there will be a “buy it now” section of interesting and not-so-common species, many propagated from Lotusland plants. Several plant experts will be on hand throughout the afternoon to discuss the plants and their use in gardens.
