TALONS: A Festival Celebrating Birds of Prey

The Hungry Owl Project, in collaboration with Marin Art & Garden Center, is excited to announce TALONS: A Festival Celebrating Birds of Prey.

Talons will be a unique, educational and fun event for all the family. We expect 20+ species of live birds of prey, including (but not limited to) a Bald Eagle, a Northern Spotted Owl, a Great Horned Owl and a rare white Red-Tailed Hawk. TALONS will feature 3 inspiring keynote speakers with talks on raptors (taking place both indoors and outdoors). For kids, there will be a “Kids Corner” with a complete program tailored just for youth with educational, fun and creative ways to explore the world of owls. Additionally, enjoy a wine and beer garden, local food vendors, wildlife artists and photographers displaying their work, many wildlife organizations, music, carnival games and additional sweet surprises.

Cost: Adults: $35 / Children: $10
