Make a Donation

Your charitable gift expands our ability to inspire gardeners who live along the West Coast as well as those who garden beyond our region. Membership fees don’t cover all that we do; your support helps ensure the continued effectiveness of our work and reach.

Donations of varying amounts are greatly appreciated. We are a charitable 501(c)(3) organization and your donations are fully tax-deductible.

Remember Us in Your Will

It is a simple matter to include PHS as a beneficiary in your will or living trust and a way to ensure a lasting gift to our society and its programs. Such bequests are typically a specific dollar amount or a percentage of your estate, and like any will provision, can be changed at any time.

We have created the Evergreen Society to thank and honor previous bequest donors and those who have notified us of their intent to include PHS in their estate planning.

Become a Regional Volunteer

PHS sponsors events and classes and occasionally helps other organizations with similar missions. You may have seen our volunteers helping out at a local gardening event with registration, set up, introducing speakers, or serving refreshments. While lending a hand, volunteers usually learn more, too, and get a chance to meet up with old friends and make new.

If you’d like to help out drop us a note—make sure to tell us where you live and any special skills or interests you have.

Go On a Tour or Take a Class

We work hard to plan the very best garden and horticulture-themed tours possible. Our tour companies are the best and count passionate gardeners on their staffs; a PHS board member escorts each tour and works behind the scenes to provide those extra touches our members have come to expect. Please check the tours section of our website frequently and consider joining one of our trips.
