Sponsoring Societies
Representatives of the California Horticultural Society, San Francisco Botanical Garden Society (formerly Strybing Arboretum Society), and Western Horticultural Society founded the Pacific Horticultural Foundation in 1968. Since that time, the Southern California Horticultural Society, Northwest Horticultural Society, and San Diego Horticultural Society have joined the Foundation. All six societies appoint representatives to serve on the Foundation’s board of directors. Members of each of these sponsoring societies are entitled to a substantially discounted subscription to Pacific Horticulture. Contact the societies for information about membership.
