Join Pacific Horticulture in the Mile High City and explore spectacular public and private gardens that define and celebrate a Western identity in Denver’s unique high altitude climate and geography. At Denver Botanic Gardens York Street location we’ll get a behind the scenes glimpse of 24 acres of gardens and collections that feature a diversity of plants from all corners of the world. Our tour also includes a visit to Denver Botanic Garden’s Chatfield Farm, a 700-acre native plant refuge and working farm located along the banks of Deer Creek. A day trip to lovely Boulder includes visits to private gardens and the greenhouse at University of Colorado Boulder with its fascinating collection of tropical plants. This tour will by escorted by PHS board member Linda McKendry.

Final tour details are still under development; email office@pacifichorticulture.org to be placed on an interest list to receive updates.
