The Plant Exchange is held every March and October in Oakland. It is fun, free and encourages reuse, recycling, organic living, resource sharing, and information exchange. Come meet other gardeners, landscapers, urban farmers, and outdoor fans who come from all over the San Francisco Bay Area.
Plants of all types and sizes are welcome along with other garden related items. We happily accept yard art, mulch, tools, goldfish, books, equipment, compost bins, and lawn furniture. We have Master Gardeners to answer questions and plant specialists to help identify donations. And, it is all free to everyone. Click here to learn more.
